I added a pick guard to my 20's Stella for protection, mounted on thin wood and I used 2 sided carpet tape to hold it in place, so no scarring. Added a C.B Gitty Gold foil pickup...Now of I go to hear the results...I'm excited to hear how she sounds....

Poop .. It didn't work....due to the wood under the pick guard, when you noted at the 12th fret ...the strings touched on #1 and #2 strings...to bad.... she'll stay acoustic a little longer....
