  • Thanks guys.  FerneL, I just created an album with more pictures.

I prefer a more conservative version of steampunk builds.  I try to make the guitar take center stage with functional and decorative elements that fit the theme.  Just my preference.

  • I'm doing my first steampunk box, i like your headstock, even if maybe it's to simple for me, but i know how it's hard to work with watches elements !! That i don't understand here is : where will you put the tuners ??? Is it a reverse ?? The tuners are at the tail ?? Cause if they're not how do you think you will put 3 or 4 tuners on this headstock ???? I personaly did the tuners holes before to put the watches elements .....

  • Nicely done.

  • Yop.  All geared up and no place to go.  Really neat.

  • Thanks guys. The strings descend into the 4 large sprockets. I needed a wear surface so they wouldn't cut into the wood. Then I got a little out of control.
  • Cool as, but where will the tuners go?

  • Love it!

  • Mr. Spacely would be proud. ;-)
  • I like it!

  • cool as snow man  pee  !  ;-)
