Me, JJ and Mike Lohrengel at this year's St. Louis CBG Fest. Great time and great food! Highly recommended! We had dinner Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday! Kinda sad we missed out on breakfast!

GH - yeah, I did walk around to most of the booths, but spent more time helping Michael in his booth on the patio, grabbing some of the delicious Roadhouse food, and listening to a lot of really awesome music! I really wanted to get my Route 66 gitty on-stage with JJ, but didn't get that to happen either. Still managed to meet a lot of nice people!
Dave - it was a lot of fun! Someone from Duluth would've probably melted into a puddle with all the heat, but you'd still have had a blast!
Pick - you kinda sorta always are! Saw your lighted SWAMP WITCH GUITARS sign in the bar (way cool!) and you've got your connection with the Six String Heroes, obviously. After the festival on Saturday, a nice couple came by and asked me about the canjos we were packing up. Turns out her grandfather made one many years ago, and she wondered if they were basically the same thing. So that started a good conversation (he always mounted his cans 'backwards' compared to most of what I've seen these days). Then I saw they had a framed (at least matted) drawing of a Swamp Witch guitar! So I made sure they knew of your involvement with SSH, and the awesome personalized guitars that you're noted for! So, hell yeah - - you were there in spirit in MANY ways, my friend!!!
