I made a shaving pony from a 2X4, a few bolts and some sandpaper. I hold it on the end of my bench with a couple ratchet clamp

Thanks John, It was a fun build and a handy tool to have around the shop to quickly/adjust/turn over and hold a neck to shave. It can be used for many applications, so far it is just for neck shaping for me
