Now see that makes more sense to me now.....thanks for clarifying that up...I always been curious to know why someone would buy one if that was to happen after a couple good tuneings. Sometimes it's nice to see thru someone else's eyes.
Thanks! I'll have to wait and see how long the skin lasts. This is the first one I finished and it's been about two months. I have heard that temperature changes can take a toll on tension and that some people actually have different height bridges that they switch depending on warm humid vs. cold dry.
Not to sound like a stick in the mud. I'm curious to know: Do those tac head skins not have a tendency to stretch.....and if so....how often would one need to replace the skins?
