    Thank you, AGP, Pick and Unc. No one else bid on this on eBay, so I got it for 99 cents + $14 shipping. I guess the condition scared some folks off! Yes, John, it was made in Columbus, just 70 or so miles from us in Mansfield, Ohio. This is the 2nd one I have found this past year.
