repaired head

I tore the thin head using my playing sticks on it, so I used the lid of a plastic food container and 2 part epoxy to create a new, stronger head that will withstand sticks. I glued it over the original skin head.

    Does NOT look like a plastic foo container.  Looks good and vintage.   Can you do anything for my head?
