  • I wondered if someone else had thought about this so I did a search and viola.

    I just did one of these speakers to an amp a couple days ago, it turned out really good. I was able to use the old volume knob, I just remove the volume pot and put my amp in where it was. Put a jack to the left and an led lamp to the right. Mounted a 9volt inside and buttoned her back up. It sounds incredible, I was able to pick through a big pile of speakers at a place I buy and sell antiques and I found that one of the drive ins had replaced all their speakers right before they went out of business so I grabbed all the speakers with thier name on it. The speakers inside are all brand new but the shell still has the old petina. I got 6 the first go around, I'll go back and get the rest soon.

    Apparently this company built all drive in speakers as mine are exactly the same as the one you have.
