Well as long as the rest of the guitar is in workable shape it'd be an easy fix. Slap a piece of ply on the back. I'd leave most of the original wood as I could. Just glue it to what's left. Make it 3/4 inch for a deeper sounding uk.

Great on the new one coming. I would try to glue and salvage the broken one.
that sucks ,, but at least it was replaceable , and not a vintage rarity ;-)
