I was cluing neck to lid and lid to box, all the same time ... yeah .. it looks little oversized and it is oversized :D
I don´t use that kind cluing anymore, less is enough.
I have made now few CBG with box what you can open later, for example "Dark Sumatra" is like that.
But that Partagas is glued very strong, you can open it if you wanna brake it.
What were you doing? Gluing the top and bottom of the cigar box together? Or did you disassemble the box, add bracing and then were gluing it back together when you took this photo? I have not ever glued the top on.
Does it sound different? Or is it just stronger structurally. I like to be able to open them.
