Gitty has some 'illustrated' paint can lids for resonators and I liked the looks of this one. It is not embossed, but from 6 or so feet back it looks pretty cool. My guitars also tend to be '6 footers'.Sound: pretty good. A bit resonator like.Overall, I am satisfied with it.

Uncle John, I think this is the guitar you played in a recent video, the one I'm so enamored with. It's really beautiful. perhaps this is the scale length I'm looking for. Can you tell me what it is? Probably open tuning? If I made a short scale six string, would it be tuned conventionally? Is this what you were telling me about yesterday?

LOL, AGP. From 6 feet away it IS embossed. Sorry got to go. Linda is calling. I wish she wouldn't emboss me around so mucn.
I'm impressed with embossed look, even if its not actually embossed :-)
