Full fretted (round toothpicks) on a 23" scale length. Tuned Gg (0.034 and 0.017" strings). Dark Walnut stain at the fret position markers, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15 and 17.

Thanks much, Jim and Jerry! I think I still need a little tweaking on dressing the frets, but being round toothpicks makes that job pretty quick and easy! I do get some extraneous noise (a sort of buzzing when I strum it open fretted, as well. Not sure why that would be - the can is tightly screwed onto the neck.... It's fun - and I think I saw Dave Lynas mention the Gg tuning on a 2-string, to sort of create that mandolin sound.
