"Night Owl" - This was the first 4-string I built in Spring 2017 when I had not long got into CBG's. The fully completed maple neck with fretted quarter-sawn sapele fretboard was bought off the internet. I also bought the box and most of the other components, including a "Delta Groove Guitars" Pickup off the same guy for a fair price. I used a dark wood stain on the box and sprayed the box top black and sanded back the centre to reveal the grain then applied a lacquered finish.Originally it had 4 small sound holes. They didn't line up squarely, so I recently revamped it with a shaped piece of gloss black 3-ply scratch plate and inserted 2 new eyelets to tidy up my previous sound hole error. Tuned to Open G.

a slick looking 4 there "Ambrose" , intriging looking pick up ,delta groove, great line on a pick up ,pitty its on the inside, that neck looks pretty solid to, No black on the headstock?by a first look it looks way more slick then after your rapped up story on your mistake whit the soundholes, it will pull some eye's that Night Owl of yours !
