  Thanks, Dave.  Acrillics.   I am pretty happy with it.   My fave so far.   I have an idea for a new one, but todays effort with water colors came out poorly.  Maybe because I don't have watercolor paper??   Will try again with acrillics.

  That is a neat "symbolic" illustration Unc J.  The fiery sky makes an excellent backdrop!  You have the potential to create many related and themed illustrations with this subject and style.
