the bottom one is a bit of a mystery ,, but its vintage 60s / 70s im thinking its a kawai , lawsuit era attempt at a legal runaround with subtle changes like the straight bridge pup etc .
its unlike any teisco / silvertone copies of the same era . i researched the hell out of it and cant find anything like it . most teiscos had the pup switches up front .. as did the mystery sears models ..
this guitar is awesiome !! , the whammy is smooth and keeps in tune ,, nice low action , straight neck , no issues , and plays like a dream .
