I'd ground the plate to the back of the volume pot as a ground. Run a wire from one of the screws or nails holding the plate to the pot back. Works for me.
real nice, love how clean that is! I am working on my first LPG using an adjustable bridge and a humbucker. having trouble with the whole plate buzzing whenever I touch it though which i assume is a grounding issue? how do you avoid that on yours if you don't mind me asking?
Super nice, Patrick. Hey, I thought of you last Saturday. Linda and I went to a wedding at a former radio station. There were old timey speakers on the walls and some cool old microphones. It was an old red brick building and the station's call letters were on the front in old neon sign form. There were two huge antennas on the roof. The wedding was boring, but the reception was great.

Thanks John! That place sounds cool, I'd love to see it sometime!
Thanks SBB!
Thanks James!
Thanks Dante! I ground the bridge. Working with plates can be a kind of trial and error thing sometimes.
