  Thank you, I'll try that. I have the piezo hot glued into a bottle cap right beneath the bridge inside on the metal. It sounds kinda harsh.

  Try mounting a second piezo and wiring in parallel.,some times I glue to the lid on the bass side.,,other times on the middle of the back.,.,look for that sweet spot.,.,great build.,,I have a 4 string to build for the son in law.,.,using a cat bowl this time

  Sounds and plays awesome unplugged but when it's plugged in, it's has a lot of treble. There's a pieso pickup inside.
