    Thanks a lot all :)  @John Schafer.....bought a big ol' piece of oak for a neck today lol (the neck on this one is poplar).  My wife looked at me sideways when I walked in with that oak in my hand lol

    The cbg tradition is somebody making something out of not much.  Functional, not fancy was the goal.  Good job.
