It must have took a while to scrounge up all those parts. They go together so well and look beautiful. I hope the instrument sounds as good as it looks. Good job!
Rand, The resonator is made up of a couple of metal serving plates, a brass plate from a candle holder, a cup from a light fixture, a metal filigreed medallion and a drawer pull. The pieces are all connected with a screw that runs through the center and into the drawer pull. The whole assembly is screwed to the top and inner frame.
That's an interesting body design and the resonator hardware looks really cool. Exactly what parts are you using to re-purpose into your resonator? How do they fit together?
