    Today i worked on the relic and discovered under the masking tape fretboard there's the original fretboard. It is painted onto the body without an added board. I'll be able to mark the correct fret positions using the old board. It's really rough and almost not there, but it's there enough to see where to mark my board.....

    They didn't use pearloid covering for nothing Uncle John. We'll see what a new fretboard can do for her....
