BeatleJuice sent me a RED Dog masterpiece. One Sweet guitar! Took it to the garden to give it a play. I am touched and blessed. Thanks John.

Great ideas Beetle. The Lap Dog for sure. From the outlaw firm of Lynas McNair and Dog. I love this Guitar. Thanks Beetle. Thanks Uncle John. Thanks Jerry. Every detail of this Red Dog is crafted with care.
Yowzer.,.,that is a sweet guit.,.,lots of cool details I had not noticed before.,Great Dave and John.,.,I'm a poor boy so I try not to stare at Red Dog's too long.,.,fantastic guits though.,,.I love the attention to details.,.,I'm sure they help to make it play and sound great.,.,.,sure is pretty.,.,
Love your comments on getting the package. Love the photo and I am willing to bet on that being a good playing good sounding git. Good on Misters McNair and Lynas. Gee that sounds like a law firm.
I think “She” won’t let me bring it to bed Beetle. She’s funny that way. I would if I could! Very comfortable and friendly to play. I’ve got her in E. EBE. Sounds very mellow and sings like the wren building her nest in my garden. We played together all afternoon till a cool shower sent us flying. I’ll do a video demo as soon as I get used to her a little more. I need to change her action to suit my style of pickin and sliding. I’m one happy strummer John. THANKS... Dave
Thanks guys for all the kind words!..That was gonna be a new type of guitar I called the Night time Strummer.
Its made for playing in bed with no amp or just nodding around, it has a short scale, I think in the 21 or 22 inch or so, I can't remember...no pickup no complicated stuff...just simple...I made it real smooth so it would not snag on the sheets and feels real soft on bare skin.
I will post a video of it I made awhile back. God Bless Dave and his wife!!!

It just came to me today, I am gonna build another but instead of calling it night time strummer, I want to call the the Lap dog!
made for keeping in yer lap and just twanging' away the afternoon...how's that???
also, on my next one I want to change the strings to .030 bronze .020 bronze and .015 steal
it would sound real cool, with 2 bronze strings and then one high twangy steel string.
That's it the Ol' Lap dog!
