Yup "DEnbo" ,my old one is a 77 hard tale , my fake is whit original electronics by fender ,but the neck is a costumised Diamond , and the body is deal copy all adapted by me ! i liked the tremelo spring setup it gives more sustain then the hard tale ! thanks for the comments whats nexst for simularaties between us !! No my 77 is still the best ! the pick up are warmer and more gritty! nice one your sunburned whit tremelo aswell i see ,( i dont have the handle on aswell , its a nice feature for sustain ,but tricky to play)i even have the same strap on my 77 and use a Vox for Wha Wha ! have a nice Day Denbo ! greeeettsszz to ye !
Hi Paul ,its wired so my pinky can grip the volume ,and do swell boosts incase needed!! my tone pots are for the middle and bottom pot ! thats the way i like em ,dont know if its standard or not? thanks for your comment ,i will keep it in mind ! comments appriciated !
If you haven't already wired it this way, I always wire my Strats so that the tone pots are used for the neck and bridge pickups and leaving the middle alone for volume only. This tames the treble from the bridge pickup and opens up the tone from the middle one.
Another mod is to wire the bridge pickup to the second tone pot using it as a second volume to add the bridge pickup to get neck/bridge combo or all 3 pickups at once.
There's about a gazillion mods for Strats, but the first one I mentioned and a series/parallel mod for the #2 and #4 switch positions are my favs. Have fun with it.
