A commission and my take on the Country Roads Banjo: 21" scale length, GDgd (42,26,18,12), alder neck, not sure what the fretboard is (some exotic wood that I had a piece of), a clone of a flatpup pickup, banjo head from the plastic container my wife's peach tea comes in, and lots of 3D printed components. This was a challenging build and I'm glad it's done!

Thanks for the encouraging words Ron! The build exceeded my expectations and, more important, the customer, Phil, really likes playing it. Not planning on making another one, but you never know.
Nice looking build. I did some similar a few years back using the the lids from holiday pop corn tins. The lids were a metal ring with a clear plastic center. The worked great. But I must say you did a much neater job of it.
Thanks again Jonathan! The design morphed as I went forward, but fortunately it all came together.
