Thanks Bob looking close at it there are rough spots. Brian Q sent a link to a video on how to do it with a glass cutter and hot & cold water. I'm going to try that next time .
I used a Dremel tool with a regular cutoff wheel and went around and around, it took a long time to cut, and it came out a bit rough. I smoothed it out on a belt sander then a buffing wheel, I think it needs more buffing.I put some foam inside to make it fit snug. buffing.
Nice slide and git. How did you cut the slide? My easiest and pretty good home made slides are to get a copper pipe, cut to length and polish a bit with steel wool.
