I'm hooked! It wasn't till just this past month I knew what a cigar box guitar could even sound like. I happened to be looking up Pat Macdonald of the old Timbuk 3 band and saw a video of him playing something I had never seen before: a Lowebow. Then all these videos of people playing CBGs came up, and I started watching them. I was blown away.
I guess I didn't have an open mind about cigar box instruments until now. Now I have a deep respect for them. The next build is on the bench too.
Very nice, Bruce! Really like the circle hole integrated into the headstock. First of many, I'm sure! As a banjo builder (you), banjo-style bridges see a lot of use in CBG's as well!
