    Wheel is diamond cutter wheel with Dremel.

    I cut them about half way and that´s it, they snap off, and then i use diamond file and sandpaper.

    I not brake none or maybe one :)

    Ha Iv been doing slides today too! A slow dull job if ever there was one.
    I guess you cut yours with a dremel then? How many do you break??
    I only broke 2 today.... ;o)
