    No problem Jim. My hand fits around easy. It's a small instrument. Doesn't weigh anything, less than my regular fiddles. It has a nice mid eastern sort of tone. I've got it tuned to A. AE. I'm using a 2nd Viola string for the 1st string and a 1st Cello string for my bass. I used the two piece neck idea that I've seen in historical photos of kids cigar box fiddles. I'm liking it.

    Nice Dave. I had considered doing that but wondered about reaching around that much to get the notes.
