Wohoo! Ok, so theres a little tear in the depression where I got a bit heavy handed, but it worked, and more importantly, its repeatable! Next step is figure how to make an identical male and female former to press the strengthening bars in.

    Theres a 'how not to' in the previous photo Brian!
    Really though, if I make one succesfully and get it in a guitar, Il do a photo and text 'how to'. Just dont hold your breath!! lol

    Cheers mate - Iv reshaped the former and done a few more since that are good, but I still need to make up another former to press the strength ridges in. Then its string-er-up time! :o)
