    It was good stuff, and had some left over for the freezer. It had a kick the first time, when we bring it out for round 2 it should really be nice and warm! Doug, Leaves and Temp and starting to fall here in the states, crock pot will be coming to bat shortly. Jarmo, if you want the resept I can email it to you. 3 string, it was fine eating and the whole house smelled great! Thank you all for the comments!

    Damn, is it that time of year already? Time to break out the pot!!!! It is still too hot here in Japan for Gumbo. I have to wait another few weeks. Looks good.
