The nice thing about box joints as compared to butt joints and miter joints is that the tight fitting fingers and holes pretty much holds the box together while you glue it up, clamp it tight and square it up. Here I have taken a long white shoe lace and tied it around the box and have a pen which I use to tighten it all up like a tourniquet. This method works pretty well.
