Take everything apart, apply glue and reassemble. If you look closely, you can see that the centerline drawn on the inside of the top doesn't match up with the line on the board you can see through the soundhole. Sliding everything over any further will put the soundhole WAY off center. Drat.

I like this photo series about building your travel ukulele. Maybe you should post them with a write up in my CBN group called "Home Made Resonator Boxes 101". I have a discussion there called "The Boat Paddle Box -- The Traditional Stick Dulcimer Soundbox", describing how I built my paddle box stick dulcimer. You could post your photos/write-up there, or under its own discussion title. One of the ideas of the group is to encourage people to give a try at building something more than just a CBG. Just an idea...
