I tried to leave as much open space as possible for resonance, hence the cut outs. That's just 4 screws holding them together.

    I have a friend who does beautiful carvings on logs with a chainsaw but he's crazy!

    Fine hatchet work LOL chain saws are dangerous on delicate work

    You wouldn't have said that if you'd seen me using my chain saw to do those cutouts. Not really, it was a hatchet.
