Rescued 70 feet of this old glass tubing from a local dairy before it got broken up! Approx 1 1/4" diameter with 3mm wall. Perfect for slides I say, and enough to make about 280 of 'em!

Good news - its not pyrex, so it cuts nice n easy.
Bought a new disc for the saw and it flies through it BUT its still a bit messy, leaving too much polishing to be done.
Next Il make a jig that holds a normal glass cutter, score the tube on the jig and then tap it from the inside to give a nice smooth break. Thats the plan anyway....
Failing that Il need to invest in a disc sander with a water bath.
