  Thanks Keni, the tuners were cheap, maybe in 20 years or so they will look as old as the box. Tuners and string are the only things on this that I had to pay for. As for the video, I need to see more of your lessons so I can play a tune on it. How about some more GDG 3 string song lessons in your forum : )

  Very nice dated look! I would suggest using plastic butterbean tuners for a slightly better look. Are you going to post video? I always enjoy hearing them. They say pictures are worth a thousand words, but that does not satisfy the ears. LOL Enjoy.

  I was going to varnish the neck all shiny but I changed my mind as it wouldn't go well with the old box, rough and playable.

  VERY nice looking guitar.I like the rougher aspects that I see with regards to the cigar box. NOW you've got to post some tunage...
