  You are right, Bones.  I viewed some Morai uke songs on youtube and in good hands they are 8 strings of awesomeness.

  Bones, this is beautiful and major cool.   But my thought is that 8 strings complicates things. 

  Maybe keep it simple and a four?   Good wishes with it and I hope to see and maybe hear the end product.
