Finished top on the old relic Harmony parlor guitar

I didn't sand off the relic patina. Just some 1000 steel wool and several coats of poly varnish.

    Thanks Bluesheart. I didn't want to take the patina away, just make her clean and smooth. Uncle John, the tail is the original wartime tail with a Mahogany cleat i added to fix pulled out string holds. Birch it is....

    Looks good.  Like that tailpiece/feeder and saddle.  Nice work.  Really like that pick guard.  Looks great on there.  Yup.  Pretty sure that is birch.  I know you made several of those parts.  How about the tail piece?
