Used my knife, dremmel router bit and sanding drum to cut my holes.

  • Jim, I got my batch on ebay from an artist that got a barrel of them. He was using them for wall pieces. The factory split the whole tops with a box cutter and threw them in the barrel. These were one piece tops! I was lucky enough to get 22 of these half tops. I'm down to about 10. Best Spruce I've seen and used.

  • Thanks Jeff and Uncle. I'm not good on the fiddle but I keep sawing away at it. I provide the comic relief for our band with my homemade instruments. Ya Uncle, it's Sitka Spruce. Reject guitar top from the Martin factory. Nice tight grained tone wood. I've built many boxes with it. They've been my loudest builds.
