Thanks John ,yup this is my second Elisabeth Bass ,did a two string in wood ,thats why i tryed a 3 string in this tin ! it sounds verry Banjoée, i like tins cause they sound so rezzo like !
Hello Doug ! thank you ,that is a 241/4 inch schale, i try GDG but it keeps slipping ,theu are relative easy to use , but tricky to make, you see i did not make the center hole in the neck even on both sides so the pegs on the thick side Do have enough grip and stay tight ,but the one peg on the thin side does not have enough grip to stay in tune, i did not antisipated that , i seated the peg some deeper then the other two ,but that did not help, im now trying some paste to in crease the grip see how that works out.

Interesting build!!! How long is that neck A.D. and how did you tune it? Are those wood peg tuners easy to use?
