This small offset in my garage measures a little under 12 x 7 feet. It's a work in progress, but as you can see not much space gets wasted.

    Thanks for the comments guys....................Lol, John we will keep that our little secrete ;-) I have several sanding drums that I made and use on the drill press........makes it nice if you need to sand small curves ;-)

    This is still a work in progress..........and probably always will be lol.

    OMG!   Is that BAMBI!?!?!?   Super nice setup.  It does not take a ton of room.  

    That drill press.   I seldom use mine, but yesterday it did something well that I could not do with a hand held drill.
