Thanks for your comment , yes i'm pleased with the end result been wanting to try a one string slotted headstock for a while - i'd love to be able to say i turned the pole but no i bought it along with some cherry and oak the same size for what it cost it's not worth the hassle turning it although i do have a lathe i could have made some on but i took the lazy option lol!
