Jerry. That's a good width for 3 strings. Even one inch wide fret boards leave plenty of string spacing for 3 strings. 1 1/2 inch is kind of wide spacing. That's what all the boards offered on eBay or Gitty. Thanks for the kind words on the cedar bridge. Easy to shape and good sound. I hope some good fretboard maker takes up the skinny boards. I'd buy some.
Yay Bones. Now I've got a big package of fret wire from Gitty. Armed and dangerous. I haven't found fretted skinny boards offered by anyone so I'll be fretting three string 1 1/8 inch boards. I'll get it sometime. :*)
Really well Dave I used one dap of glue on the first fret worked out what I did wrong ,I just reworked the staining and varnishing is finished rebuild tonight .
