Yes, they call it the "4-in-1 Hobby Rasp" as Sears, where I bought mine. It's one of my favorite tools, too. I can't find them in China, so they are one of the tools I purchased in the States. Two other favorite tools that I can only get in the States are the Harbor Freight pull saw (the one recommended by some CBG builders as a fret saw) and the ultra-fine toothed razor saw which I buy at hobby shops.
