  Thanks for the information Marcelo. I've seen 1 string birimbaus before but this looks like a cool variation.

  For the construction used a box of cigars and metallic profile ( I had to bend over and stick to fix the tuners ) . To capture the sound used a piezzo conjunction with pre- amplify 4 bands.

  Thanks Jim Morris ! This instrument is a variation of Birimbau used to play capoeira ( a mixture of dance and fight developed by ofricanos slaves brought to Brazil to work on coffee plantations ) .
