Yup, that big branch sticking up broke off on the roof with very little damag and the bulk of the tree came down just grazing the side of my shop. Thank you Joseph patron saint of woodworkers?

    And in your case Jim it counts for being damn lucky where the tree diecides it wants to go to it's final resting place. Glad Y'all made it out in one piece!

  • Yup Unc, wes and Dave we've lived here 15 years and the tree was dead when we got here. Of course my wife has been telling me to cut it down for some time now so she's got that told you so look goin' on now. I always liked the tree because Orioles would sit in the top and sing whenever they returned in spring.
