Cigar box Fiddle (take 2)

I had a beautiful red box-perfect proportions for a fiddle. Then I took the label off under the lid and found pressed board :(.Back to the drawing board! This is a wider box so I'm making larger cut outs for proper bowing

I don't really mind the pressed board as far as sound goes, but concerned about how long it will last! This is a totally different animal compared to a CBG. I like a challenge!

I built some cbgs with pressed board lids and they sounded huge! Not kidding

Nuice work. I was removing the label of an Arturo Fuentes box and discovered press board also...depressing!!
