Chicken Guitars. They are the thing now.

Don't let Dave be the only kid on the block with a chicken guitar.This was my birth year LPG, but I was never quite satisfied with it. So, modifying it a bit. I hope to string it up tomorrow with Chicken Wire. I think it's going to be the world's finest guitar, but maybe I am getting cocky too soon.
