    Thanks guys. They sing pretty good. Try it Angry. The layers makes it much more easy. On the second picker I found carving the layers before gluing them together allowed me to easily get to details I couldn't get to once glued up.

    Dave, I tried carving one time. Turned out ok but I just never got around to doing it again. Seeing how you did the layers makes me want to try it again. Cool process!

    Thanks Bluesheart, Darryl, Uncle, Angry. I had fun doing them. By cutting out layers to add depth to them on the bandsaw, it made them easy to sculpt.
