Looks very similar figuring to london plane but London Plane is more creamy orange looking

I believe they call it ferro. Its dense and heavy and sands so smooth you could skip the finish.(finish made it kinda purtie)It wasnt bad to work with considering the weight. pricey but my lumber guy had a small piece that i ripped in half . got enough for 2 necks for 11 bucks.when I go back Ill check on that name.(ferro is close if Im not spot on) Its so heavy I have to make a strap for that guitar. havent figured out what I want to do with the whole strap idea yett.
