  • It is an addiction. Hahaha. I had it over to L&M music shop today, running it thru a Fender Deluxe amp. They loved it too, and even some great feedback from some of their customers. More to come absolutely. Thanks for all the support.
  • Dave, it' not a hobby; it's an addiction!
  • Good deal, Dave.  I hope to see and hear more from you.

  • I am going to explore some other vintage choices on necks and machine heads. Uncle John, my neighbor runs a Long& MacQuade here in New Brunswick, and he let me pick through his scrap shop. The pickup was brand new, but cable was damaged. Sounds awesome though, and simple. I found myself a new hobby I think. I have a few guitars and playing for years. This is a whole different concept and like starting over. Thanks for the comments. I like this site also.
  • This looks awesome! My first attempt was a piece of banister screwed onto a drawer with some eyebolts and strings.
  • That is unusual and vey nice.  Unusual pickup choice.  First time I have seen that on a cbg.  I used to have one, (Dean Markley acoustic sound hole pickup) and liked it.   Why did you use it?  Have it on hand?  Nice box, reso, neck, head.  Nice everything.

  • nice
