This is a simple practice amp I knocked up to try out with my first CBG. The Smokey amp is there for scale. (Love the smokey BTW) Grill is from a computer fan cover. It sounds nice and warm and fuzzy. Could do with its own volume really.....

Cheers guys, I love the smokey and it always surprises people with how loud it actually is for it's size. Nice and gritty, sounding. The larger amp, I cobbled together quickly from the box, which was too small for a cbg but really nicely built. The innards were just bought from ebay already wired up and I just slotted them in. I got the cover from Maplins (uk's Radio shack..?) it's a computer equipment fan grill, and they do several sizes. May even work as cbg sound hole covers...now that's an idea! Cheers guys.
